Thursday 25th Feb, was our first fundraiser for the year to see the movie Hibiscus and Ruthless. This was well supported and enjoyed by our church family and friends. Thank You all for your support.

Saturday 17th February,  9.00am to 3.00pm was the Teachers Planning Day for all current teachers and those who wish to be SS teachers for 2018. HOME OF SISTERS OF COMPASSION

Saturday 27th January , we hosted the Annual NZSSU Teachers Seminar at the Nokise House run by the Sunday School Union from Auckland reviewing the Scripture Union Examination in 2018 based on the theme PAUL THE DAUNTLESS

2017 Scripture Exam NZ - Achievements

Congratulations to our special prizes winners:

  • Luka Moananu: 2nd equal Beginners Grade 99 marks
  • Leyton Auelua: 3rd equal Beginners Grade 98 marks
  • Sera Gagau: 2nd equal Grade 12, 88 marks

We achieved 100% pass rate and placed 1st in Division A. All praise and Glory to our Father in Heaven for the wonderful results. Congratulations and God Bless you all.

Mash-Up Concert Fundraiser 16 September

Our Variety Concert  fundraiser is on Saturday 16 September 2017, cafe opens from 4 pm for the usual yummmmy foods - dont miss out !! A great success and well supported by the parish, friends and families. An enjoyable evening with children and teachers sharing their many talents, while the food-stalls sold lots of yummy food and recorded excellent sales. THANK YOU Lord and everyone for your support.

124th NZ Scripture Union Examination

was held on Saturday 24th June 2017. Based on the theme of Women and Men of God - Called to Service, fifty seven (57) young and younger students sat the examination supervised by the Reverend Leslie Solomona. Results will be advised in November so all the best to the students.

Teachers Planning Day

was held on Saturday 11 February 2017 at the ASB Sports Centre, Kilbirnie.

Regional NZSSU Seminar

was held at PIC Porirua on Saturday 28 January 2017. A great day with reps from the Sunday School Union Ako, Soli and Rebecca who introduced the Sripture Union Exam theme - Women and Men of God - Called to Service [/bg_collapse]
